Second-Hand and Used Items
At Nin-Nin Game, we offer a variety of second-hand and used items alongside our brand new products. Here’s an overview of what each term means and how they apply to our offerings:
Second-Hand Items
"Second-hand" refers to items that are not brand new, meaning you won't be the first owner. These products are typically in good to excellent condition, come in their original packaging, and include all accessories. We mostly use this term for Prize Figures (e.g., Banpresto, Ichiban Kuji) that are almost brand new. These items are sourced from dedicated UFO Catcher suppliers and resellers.
Used Items
"Used" refers to pre-owned items such as figures (scale, articulate etc..) and video games. These products are at least in good condition and are complete with their packaging and manuals (where applicable). We work with experienced buyers who select only the best quality used items at competitive prices. Used items may also include customer returns.
Condition Notes
If an item is missing parts, is in loose, or less-than-ideal condition, it will be clearly stated on the product page, so you can make an informed decision.
Please note that second-hand and used items may have minor imperfections, either on the item itself or the packaging. These imperfections are part of the nature of purchasing pre-owned goods and do not qualify for a refund.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on second-hand or used items, as they are sold as-is, based on their condition at the time of purchase. We encourage you to review the product page thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure you are comfortable with the item's condition.
