At Nin-Nin Game, products may be listed as Brand New, Second-Hand (2nd Hand), or Used. The condition is clearly indicated on the product page so you can identify exactly which version you are purchasing.


Brand New Items

“Brand New” refers to products sold as new and not previously owned or used. These products are supplied through our regular distribution and supplier channels and are sold in their original retail condition.

Please note that minor imperfections on the outer retail packaging may occasionally occur during manufacturing, transportation, or distribution. The retail box is designed to protect the product inside, and minor packaging imperfections do not normally mean that the item itself is damaged and do not qualify for compensation.


Second-Hand Items

“Second-Hand” refers to products that are not brand new but are usually in very good to excellent condition. They include all their accessories and original packaging.

This category is commonly used for Prize Figures (e.g., Banpresto, Ichiban Kuji), which are obtained from suppliers and resellers specializing in UFO Catcher / crane game products.

Many Second-Hand items may be very close to new condition, but because they have already entered the secondary market, they cannot be sold as Brand New.




Used Items

“Used” refers more broadly to pre-owned products such as:

  • Scale figures

  • Articulated figures

  • Retro and modern video games

  • Other collectible products

Used items may show signs of previous ownership or use, so their condition can vary more than Second-Hand products. Used items may also include customer returns. Whenever there is a notable issue, missing part, visible wear, or other important condition detail, this will be stated on the product page. Otherwise, these products are considered complete, accompanied by their packaging and manuals (where applicable).

Where Do Our Second-Hand and Used Products Come From?

Our pre-owned products are sourced from a variety of trusted sources in Japan, including:

  • Specialized suppliers

  • Japanese second-hand stores

  • Private collectors

  • UFO Catcher / Prize Figure suppliers

  • Professional resellers

Items are inspected before being made available for sale to verify their general condition, authenticity, and completeness.

In some cases, during final preparation of an order, we may discover that an item is close to the limit of the condition we consider acceptable. If this happens, we may contact you before shipment to confirm whether you are satisfied with the condition.


How Can I Tell Which Condition I Am Buying?

The condition is clearly indicated on the product page.

You can normally find Brand New, Second-Hand, or Used:

  • In the product title

  • In the product description

  • In the product category

If different conditions of the same product are available, you may also see alternative versions under “More Options” on the product page. For example, a Brand New version and a Used or Second-Hand version may be available at the same time. Always check the exact version selected before completing your purchase.


Some categories, such as Prize Figures or retro games, generally only offer second-hand or used items.


Condition and Minor Imperfections

Second-Hand and Used products may have minor imperfections on the product itself or its packaging due to their pre-owned nature.

Any significant known issue, such as missing parts, will be indicated on the product page. Minor imperfections consistent with the stated condition of a pre-owned product are not considered defects.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on second-hand or used items, as they are sold as-is, based on their condition at the time of purchase. Please review the product title, description, condition notes, and any available photos carefully before placing your order to make sure you are comfortable with the item's condition.
