How do I receive Loyalty Points?
From your very first order, you earn loyalty points equal to 5% of the value of the products purchased. Your points will automatically appear in your account once your order has been shipped.
How much is a Loyalty Point worth/calculated?
It's very simple: 1 point = 1 JPY
Loyalty points are calculated based on the total product value, after any discounts or vouchers have been applied.
Formula: (Product(s) Value - Voucher Amount) * 0.05 = Loyalty Points
How can I check and redeem my Loyalty Points?
You can redeem your validated loyalty points under the "My Loyalty Points" page to create a voucher to use for your future orders.
You can enter your voucher code in the box below in the shopping cart interface.
How long do I have to redeem my points and use my voucher?
All points expire 1 year from the date your order is shipped.
For example, your order was shipped 2020/09/31. Your points will therefore expire on 2021/09/31 whether you redeemed them for a voucher or not.
Once your points are redeemed, your voucher also expires 1 year from its creation date.
Can I use my voucher on orders with different currencies?
We ask that you only use your voucher for orders in the same currency.
Can I use my voucher to pay for a Pay Later order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply vouchers to Pay Later orders at the time of final payment. Vouchers must be used when placing the initial order.
If my voucher exceeds the value of my order, what happens to the balance?
In this case, you will receive a second voucher on your account, with the remaining balance. Please note that vouchers do not cover delivery costs and cannot be used to pay shipping invoices.
If I cancel my order, will my voucher be returned?
If you cancel your order, your voucher will only be returned if no cancellation fee has been applied. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on how cancellation fees are calculated.
We strongly recommend that you use vouchers only on orders you are certain about, as we may not be able to restore them if a cancellation fee is deducted during the refund process.
