Where can I change my Shipping & Billing Addresses for my orders?


To change your address for an existing order.


1. Go to My Account -> My Addresses

2. Select "Add An Address"

3. Enter the necessary fields and click save!


4. For orders already made but you would like to edit the address: Send us a ticket with the order reference (9 alphanumeric code) and the New Address Title. Specify if you want us to update the Shipping or Billing Addresses or both!


Can I change my address even after the order has been shipped?


Please try to have the correct address registered before you create your order. Even if we change your shipping address after the order has been shipped, there will be no guarantee that the carrier will comply. Furthermore, we will not cover any additional costs incurred for redeliveries if the address entered initially was incorrect.
