  • Pre-order bonuses information is indicated in the product description. If no bonus is mentioned, the item does not come with one. Bonuses are limited to the number of orders placed during the pre-order period. Orders placed after the pre-order window may not include the bonus, even if it was originally offered.
  • Pre-Order release dates typically specify only the month, not the exact day. Most items are released toward the end of the month, and shipped once we receive stock at our warehouse. Your order status will then change to "Preparation in Progress".
  • Postponed items will be updated on our website as soon as we receive the information from the manufacturer.
