Available items have a green "Add to cart" button.
- Unavailable items have a blue "Soon available" button. This means the item is sold out or that the pre-order period has not yet started. The "Notify me when available" feature will alert you when the item becomes available. Please note: if you receive a notification but the item appears unavailable, it may have sold out again.
Prices on our site are set in Japanese Yen. You can view prices in your local currency using our conversion tool. This tool reflects the daily exchange rate, so converted prices may vary regularly.
*** No cancellations or refunds will be accepted due to currency fluctuations *** - Customs taxes are not included in our prices unless you select Euro-Logistics or DHL Duty Paid (available only for EU countries). It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local customs office about possible fees and regulations.
*** By placing an order with us, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties or import taxes *** - Pre-order shipping costs are based on the estimated size and weight provided by the manufacturer. These estimates may change once the final product is released, which could result in a revised shipping fee. In this case, we will contact you by email.
- Pre-order bonuses information is indicated in the product description. If no bonus is mentioned, the item does not come with one. Bonuses are limited to the number of orders placed during the pre-order period. Orders placed after the pre-order window may not include the bonus, even if it was originally offered.
- Pre-Order release dates typically specify only the month, not the exact day. Most items are released toward the end of the month, and shipped once we receive stock at our warehouse. Your order status will then change to "Preparation in Progress".
- Postponed items will be updated on our website as soon as we receive the information from the manufacturer.
*** A standard cancellation fee will apply if you choose to cancel due to the delay ***
