What happens if I attempted a payment but did not fully complete it or am not sure if it has been completed or not?


When processing your payment via Adyen or Ebanx, certain payment methods such as: ("Cepa, Bancontact, iDeal, etc.) may take longer than usual to process. This processing time can sometimes take up to 48hours to verify on our end. During this time your order status may be placed in a "Payment Awaiting" status. It is also paramount that you do not close the payment interface until the transaction has been fully completed. Prematurely closing the interface will lead to an error that will not complete your order and causing any vouchers to be used to be voided.


Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee your order unless it has been transacted completely so if you believe the stock for said item is limited, please attempt to remake your order immediately if you know your transaction has not been completed. Once an order status has been automatically or manually updated to "Payment Error", you can be rest assured that no valid transaction was received. If your status stays on "Payment Accepted" or "Preorder Payment Accepted", the your transaction has been validated and your order reservation will be prepared.



Can I recover my voucher if my order receives this error?


In the case where a voucher has been used, please send us a ticket so we can reinstate the voucher so it can be used in the next purchase attempt.



When reattempting to order the item, I receive a maximum limit reached error. What should I do?


Please send us a ticket so we can reset your purchase limit for the said item.
