How does My Private Warehouse work?

Place your orders without paying shipping upfront. Select My Private Warehouse as your shipping method at checkout. No shipping fees are charged at this stage.

Items arrive and are stored in your Private Warehouse. As items become available, they are physically reserved and stored in our warehouse: safe, secure, with no storage fees and no time limit.

Submit an Invoice Request when you are ready. Select the items you wish to receive and submit your request. You enter the queue immediately and receive your shipping invoice within 48 hours.

Pay your invoice and your package is shipped. Once payment is received, our team prepares and dispatches your consolidated package.

No more waiting for a monthly invoice. Submit a request at any time: you enter the queue instantly.
► 1 request = 1 package. Items selected are consolidated into one shipment. The number of packages cannot be changed after submission.
► The most flexible option on the market. Submit a request on your own terms: no minimum, no imposed batch, no deadline. Nobody else offers this level of freedom.
► Invoice within 48 hours. You enter the processing queue immediately after your request.
► Only received items can be requested. Pre-orders not yet in stock are not eligible.
► Remaining items stay in your warehouse with no time limit: request them whenever you are ready.
Q. How do I submit an Invoice Request?
Log in to your Nin-Nin Game account, go to My Private Warehouse invoices, then click Create request in the left menu. Select the available items you wish to receive and submit. Your shipping invoice will be emailed within 48 hours.
Q. Can I request multiple packages in one submission?
One request generates one package. If you wish to receive items in separate shipments, submit separate requests (the second can only be submitted once the first invoice has been paid).
Q. Can I request an item that has not arrived at the warehouse yet?
Only items physically received and assigned to your Private Warehouse are eligible. Pre-orders and pending items will become available automatically once they arrive.
Q. What if I never submit a request?
Your items remain stored in our warehouse with no time limit and no storage fees. If your warehouse is inactive for an extended period, our team will reach out to you to check in. We will never ship without your approval.

Q. What is My Private Warehouse?
My Private Warehouse is Nin-Nin Game's order consolidation system. Store items from multiple orders (regardless of release dates) in our physical warehouse and ship them together in a single package to save significantly on shipping costs.
Q. How do I select My Private Warehouse?
In the Shopping Cart, navigate to the shipping options page and select My Private Warehouse before completing your order.
Q. Can I use the Pay Later option with MPW?
Yes. You can select My Private Warehouse as your shipping method while also choosing Pay Later for your pre-orders. Both options are fully compatible.
Q. Which items can be shipped together?
All items physically available in your Private Warehouse at the time of your Invoice Request. Items not yet received will remain for a future request.
Q. Is there a storage time limit or storage fees?
No storage fees. No time limit. Your items stay in your Private Warehouse for as long as you need: this is one of the key advantages of Nin-Nin Game's MPW system. If your warehouse is inactive for an extended period, we will simply reach out to check in with you.
Q. Can I combine MPW orders with standard orders?
MPW and standard orders are managed in separate systems and cannot be combined into the same shipment.
Q. Can I choose my shipping method?
Available methods depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package. Our MPW team selects the most efficient and cost-effective options. In some cases, only one method may be available.
Q. Is MPW the fastest shipping option?
MPW is designed for consolidation and savings, not speed. For faster delivery, we recommend our Standard or Express shipping methods.
Payment & Deadlines
Q. How long do I have to pay my shipping invoice?
You have 10 days from the date your invoice is issued to complete payment. Ensure payment is made within this deadline to avoid cancellation fees.
Q. Can I add or remove items from my invoice once generated?
Once your invoice has been generated, no items can be added or removed. Please carefully review your selection before submitting your Invoice Request.

If payment is not received within 10 days of your invoice being issued:• A 15% cancellation fee will be automatically applied to all affected orders.
• Repeated non-payment may result in suspension of your MPW access.
• In serious cases, your account may be permanently banned, with all active pre-orders cancelled.
