Once an order has been placed and confirmed, our system does not allow us to modify its contents or structure. Our fulfillment process is designed to ensure efficient order preparation and timely shipping. For this reason, the only change we can accept is a full or partial cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy.


What Changes Are Not Possible?

Once a standard order has been confirmed, we cannot:

  • Add additional products.

  • Replace or exchange an item for another product, version, or variation, even if the price is the same.

  • Combine or merge it with another confirmed order.

  • Split the order into multiple separate shipments.

  • Transfer items from one order to another.

  • Change the order structure or shipping arrangement to send individual items separately.

Each standard order must therefore be processed as originally placed.

If your order contains multiple items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available, even if some products are released earlier than others.


Can I Cancel or Remove an Item From My Order?

Yes, cancellation is the only modification we can process after an order has been confirmed.

You may request:

  • Full cancellation: Cancel the entire order.

  • Partial cancellation: Remove one or more items while keeping the remaining products in the original order.

Please note that both options are subject to our standard cancellation policy and any applicable cancellation fees. If you cancel an individual item, the remaining products will stay in the original order and will be shipped together once all remaining items are available.


Partial cancellation does not allow the order to be split, reorganized, or converted into My Private Warehouse.


What if I Want More Flexibility?

If you would like more flexibility when managing multiple purchases, we recommend using My Private Warehouse (MPW).

This service allows you to store any item at our warehouse and decide later which available items to ship together.


Please keep in mind:

  • My Private Warehouse must be selected when placing your order.

  • Only orders originally placed with My Private Warehouse can be combined with other MPW orders.

  • Standard Shipping orders cannot be combined with MPW orders.

  • It is not possible to switch between Standard Shipping and My Private Warehouse after order confirmation.


If you plan to purchase products with different release dates, we strongly recommend selecting My Private Warehouse for each order from the beginning. This will allow you to manage your shipments more flexibly without having to wait for every product from a standard order to become available.
