Nin-Nin Game offers a variety of international shipping methods to customers worldwide. However, shipping availability, delivery times, and costs vary depending on your destination, the products ordered, and current carrier conditions.
The most reliable way to check the shipping methods available for your order is to add your items to your cart, enter your delivery address, and review the options displayed during checkout.

Important: All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
These estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched and do not include order preparation, payment validation, customs clearance delays, or other unexpected transportation disruptions.
Delivery times may be significantly longer for certain destinations, particularly when using postal services. Shipping services may also be temporarily suspended or unavailable for specific countries.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically constitute grounds for compensation, a refund, cancellation, or modification of your order.
Compensation for lost or damaged parcels is not guaranteed. Eligibility and compensation limits depend on the carrier, the specific shipping service used, and the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
Any compensation cannot exceed the applicable carrier's liability limits. Please refer to our detailed shipping method articles for more information.
Which Shipping Method Should I Choose?
There is no single shipping method that is best for every order.
Your choice may depend on whether you prioritize:
Faster delivery: EMS, FedEx, or DHL.
Lower shipping costs: Airmail Registered or Surface Mail, when available.
Prepaid import duties and taxes: DHL DDP, FedEx DDP, Euro-Logistics, or Nin-Nin Smart DDP, depending on your destination.
Shipping larger or heavier parcels: FedEx or DHL may offer greater flexibility than Japan Post.
Shipping restricted products: Certain products, including items containing lithium batteries, may require specific carriers.
Please note that the cheapest shipping method is not necessarily the most economical overall, as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply separately.
What Determines Which Shipping Methods Are Available?
Available shipping options can depend on:
Destination country
Parcel size and weight
Product type and characteristics
Carrier size or weight limits
Current carrier service availability
Customs or import restrictions
Items containing lithium batteries or other restricted materials
For these reasons, not every shipping method is available for every destination or product.
The shipping options displayed during checkout are based on the information available at the time of purchase.
Products Containing Lithium Batteries
Products containing lithium or rechargeable batteries, such as handheld game consoles and certain electronic accessories, are subject to additional international shipping restrictions.
Depending on the product, battery type, destination, and current carrier regulations, some Japan Post services may not be available.
In certain cases, FedEx or DHL may be the only available shipping options.
The final shipping method must comply with the applicable carrier regulations.
Can Shipping Methods or Costs Change After Placing an Order?
Yes, shipping availability and costs may change between the time you place your order and the time your parcel is prepared.
This is particularly relevant for preorders, as the final product dimensions and weight may not be known until the item physically arrives at our warehouse.
Once your order is packed, we may discover that:
The parcel exceeds the selected carrier's size or weight limits.
The product cannot be shipped using the originally selected service.
The carrier has changed its shipping rates or surcharges.
The selected shipping method has become temporarily unavailable.
Additional shipping charges are required due to the final parcel dimensions or weight.
If the originally selected shipping method can no longer be used, we will contact you with the available alternatives and inform you of any shipping cost adjustment that may be necessary.
Please note that shipping fees are determined by the carriers and may change without prior notice.
Shipping Method and Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are NOT included in our shipping prices unless you specifically select a DDP (Duty Paid) shipping method.
For all other shipping methods, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local charges upon arrival.
These charges depend on the destination country, the declared contents and value of the parcel, and the shipping service used. The amounts are determined by local customs authorities and/or the carrier, not by Nin-Nin Game.
Please note that private couriers such as FedEx and DHL, and express services may result in higher customs, brokerage, or clearance charges compared with slower postal services.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, particularly for high-value purchases.

My Private Warehouse
My Private Warehouse (MPW) is a storage service, not a shipping carrier or shipping method. When selecting My Private Warehouse, you initially pay for your products without paying the shipping costs.
Once your items are available and you are ready to receive them, you can submit a shipping request directly through your account.
Our warehouse team will then:
Prepare your selected items for shipment.
Calculate the final parcel dimensions and weight.
Determine the shipping methods currently available for your destination.
Send you a separate shipping invoice.
The final shipping cost and available methods are determined when the parcel is prepared, not when the original order is placed.
Temporary Suspensions and Restrictions
International shipping services may occasionally become unavailable or restricted on short notice due to:
Carrier operational changes
Local regulations
Customs or import regulations
Transportation disruptions
Limited flight availability
Security situations
Other circumstances outside our control
A method available when an order is placed may therefore become temporarily unavailable before shipment.
If this happens, your order will not automatically be cancelled. We will review the available alternatives and contact you when necessary.
Where Can I Check Current Shipping Restrictions?
For the latest information about international shipping availability and restrictions, please consult the carriers' official websites:
Please remember that the shipping options available for your specific order are those displayed during checkout or provided by our shipping team after the parcel has been prepared.
Tracking, Insurance and Shipping Claims
All the shipping methods we offer provide tracking services. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that:
Tracking updates may be limited during international transit.
Customs clearance and local carrier processing may cause additional delays.
Insurance coverage and compensation limits vary depending on the carrier and the specific shipping service used.
Claims for lost or damaged parcels are subject to the applicable carrier's requirements and deadlines.
