If you wish to change the shipping method for your order, please follow these steps:
Open a support ticket through your Nin-Nin Game account.
In your message, include the order number written in letters only (e.g., ABCDEFGHI) and clearly state the shipping method you would like to use instead.
The process varies depending on your order type:
If Your Order is Pay Later and Not Yet Paid:
You will still need to complete the payment using the initially selected shipping method.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will contact you with an invoice for any additional shipping costs.
If the new shipping method is less expensive, we will refund the difference after the order is shipped.
If Your Order is Paid (Pre-order or In-stock):
When your order is packed and ready to be shipped, we will contact you to pay the difference if the new shipping method is more expensive.
If the new method is cheaper, we will refund the difference once the order has been shipped.
For European Customers Using Euro-Logistics:
Please note that no changes can be made to or from the Euro-Logistics shipping option.
