Simply add the new address to your account and contact customer support with your order reference to request the change. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details, as any errors are your responsibility.
If the change occurs while the order is being prepared, we'll try to update it, but we’re not liable if the address ends up incorrect.
Note: If the address change results in delivery to another country, additional shipping fees may apply, and you may encounter an "insufficient shipping fees" status. Our customer service cannot provide shipping cost estimates in this case.
