Nin-Nin Game offers several online payment methods. The options available to you depend on your country, selected currency, the products in your cart, and the payment providers available for your order.

For this reason, not every customer will see the same payment methods. The methods displayed during checkout are always the payment options currently available for your specific order.

PayPal

PayPal is available for many orders and is one of the payment methods we generally recommend when it is offered.

Depending on your country and checkout configuration, PayPal may allow you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or supported card.

PayPal payments are generally confirmed quickly and provide a transaction ID that can be used to identify the payment if there is ever an issue during checkout.

In some countries, PayPal may also offer payment in several installments. This option is provided directly by PayPal and depends on your country, account eligibility, currency, and PayPal’s own conditions.

When installment payments are available, you may see two separate PayPal buttons during checkout. To use the installment option, make sure you select the specific PayPal button associated with installment payments rather than the standard PayPal payment option. The number of installments, eligibility, fees, and approval are determined entirely by PayPal and cannot be modified or guaranteed by Nin-Nin Game.

Please note that PayPal may not be available for certain products, particularly some adult or age-restricted items. For more information, please see “Why Isn’t PayPal Available for My Order?”

Adyen

Adyen is one of our main payment providers and is commonly used for card and bank payments, particularly in Europe.

Depending on your country and selected currency, Adyen may offer:

  • Credit and debit card payments
  • Bank transfers
  • Local or regional bank payment methods
  • Other payment options supported in your country

Card payments may require 3D Secure authentication from your bank or card issuer.

Bank transfers are not always confirmed immediately. Depending on the banking system and transfer method used, it may take several days before the payment is received and validated.

When using a bank transfer, please carefully follow the payment instructions provided during checkout and use the required payment reference.

If your card payment is declined or authentication cannot be completed, please see “Why Was My Payment Declined or Why Can’t I Complete My Payment?”

EBANX

EBANX is available mainly for customers in supported Latin American countries and provides access to payment methods adapted to the customer’s local market.

Depending on your country and selected currency, EBANX may offer options such as:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • PIX, where supported
  • Local bank payment methods or transfers
  • Cash-based payment methods through participating local payment networks
  • Other country-specific payment options

The exact EBANX methods available depend on your country, currency, and the services currently supported by EBANX.

Some EBANX payment methods are not confirmed immediately. Bank transfers or cash-based methods, for example, may require additional processing time before Nin-Nin Game receives payment confirmation and can validate the order.

Please make sure the payment is completed according to the instructions provided by EBANX, as we are unable to resend payment information to you.

Credit and debit cards

Credit and debit card payments may be processed through providers such as Adyen, PayPal or Ebanx, depending on the options available during checkout.

Supported card brands can vary depending on your country, currency, and payment provider.

Card payments may also require 3D Secure authentication from your bank or card issuer.

If your card is declined or the authentication cannot be completed, please see “Why Was My Payment Declined or Why Can’t I Complete My Payment?”

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods

Additional options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, digital wallets, local bank services, and regional payment methods may also be available.

These options can change over time and may only be offered for certain countries, currencies, devices, or checkout configurations.

The checkout page should therefore always be considered the most up-to-date source for the payment methods available to you.

Does my country affect which payment methods I can use?

Yes, some payment providers and local payment methods are only available in specific countries or regions.

A payment option available to one customer may therefore not appear for another customer in a different country.

Does the currency I select affect the available payment methods?

Yes, and this is important. Some payment methods only support certain currencies. Changing the currency selected on our website can therefore make additional payment methods appear or cause others to become unavailable.

If the payment method you would like to use does not appear, you may wish to try another supported currency and check the available options again.

Please always review the final currency and amount before confirming your payment.

Can the products in my cart affect the available payment methods?

Yes, payment providers may restrict certain categories of products. When an affected item is added to your cart, some payment methods may no longer be offered.

For example, PayPal cannot be used for certain adult or age-restricted products.

For more information, please see “Why Isn’t PayPal Available for My Order?”

Why do I see a payment method or logo that is not listed here?

The exact payment methods shown at checkout can change depending on your country, currency, and the services currently offered by our payment providers.

You may therefore see card brands, digital wallets, bank payment methods, or local payment services that are not specifically listed in this article.

The options shown during checkout should always be considered the most up-to-date list available for your order.

Can Customer Service enable a payment method for me?

No, customer Service cannot manually add or enable a payment option that does not appear during checkout. Only the payment methods displayed for your current order can be used.

Can I pay by cash, check, or money order?

Nin-Nin Game only accepts payments completed through the online payment methods offered during checkout.

We do not accept:

  • Cash sent directly to Nin-Nin Game
  • Checks
  • Money orders
  • Other offline payments sent directly to us

Please note that this does not exclude cash-based local payment methods offered through providers such as EBANX. When available, those payments must still be initiated through our online checkout and completed according to the payment provider’s instructions.
