Euro-Logistics is a shipping option offered by Nin Nin Game that utilizes our internal logistics through a European logistics center. This method is ideal for orders destined for the EU, as it allows you to prepay VAT upfront. Once the products are shipped, they are routed through a logistics center before being handed over to the final carrier for delivery to your address, all without any additional customs fees. This process aims to provide European customers with a smoother, more economical delivery experience by eliminating concerns about customs charges at the delivery.
Once the parcels arrive in Europe, they must go through a customs clearance process, which is managed by local customs authorities. Customs clearance typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks. However, during periods of high parcel volume or due to other external factors, this process can be extended to 3 weeks or more. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as customs procedures are entirely managed by the local authorities in Europe.
Once your parcel has cleared customs, you will receive a local tracking number, and delivery usually takes an additional 2 to 3 days.
If you’re looking for a faster shipping alternative, please note that Euro-Logistics may take longer to deliver compared to express options. We recommend considering Duty Paid DHL (DPD), which also includes all customs taxes and duties paid upfront—just like Euro-Logistics—but typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days.
