The shipping fee paid at checkout may be an estimate, particularly for pre-order items.
Once your order has been packed, we calculate the final shipping cost based on the parcel's actual dimensions, weight, and current carrier rates.
If the final shipping cost exceeds the amount originally paid, we may issue an additional shipping invoice for the remaining difference only. You will not be charged the full shipping cost again.

How do I pay the additional shipping fee?
If an additional payment is required, we will send you an email containing a payment link.
Before opening the link, please make sure your shopping cart is empty. Then:
- Open the payment link provided in our email.
- Add the shipping invoice to your cart.
- Proceed through checkout as you would for a regular product.
- Select one of the available shipping methods, if applicable.
- Complete the payment.
Please note that there is no direct payment button for shipping invoices in your Nin-Nin Game account. The payment must be completed using the link sent to you by email.
The invoice will only include the remaining shipping difference after the shipping amount you originally paid has been taken into account.
If the invoice displays ¥0, no additional payment is required. You should still complete the checkout process so that the shipping method can be confirmed.
Why does my order show “Awaiting Payment”?
If your order requires an additional shipping payment, its status may temporarily change to “Awaiting Payment” until the shipping invoice has been paid and verified.
This does not mean that the original order payment was unsuccessful.
I paid my shipping invoice. When will my order be shipped?
Payments are verified during our business hours, Monday through Friday. Once the payment has been confirmed, our warehouse team will be notified and your parcel will proceed to shipment.
Please allow a short processing period after payment confirmation.
What happens if I do not pay the invoice?
If we do not receive payment or a response within 7 days of sending the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Please also check your spam or junk folder regularly to avoid missing shipping invoice notifications.
Can I Use a Voucher to Pay the Additional Shipping Fee?
No, a store voucher cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.
