When you see that an item has a new release date, it means that the manufacturer has postponed the original release. These delays are usually due to production, logistics, or distribution issues and are unfortunately beyond our control.


For example, when a release is listed for the end of a month, such as August, this generally means we will receive the item during the last week of August or the first week of September. In most cases, and barring any unexpected delays from our suppliers, we receive all items by the 15th of the following month.


We understand that delays can be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that we are monitoring the situation closely, and as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will prioritize its preparation for shipping.
