If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, here are the steps to check the status:
Check the product page of the item on our website. If the release date has changed, this means the manufacturer has postponed the release. You can find this information at the end of the product description, as shown in the example image below.

If the product page still shows the original release date, please note that the date listed (see image below for an example) refers to the manufacturer’s official release date, not the date we receive the stock or ship the item. We typically receive our shipments between the last week of the release month and the 15th of the following month, depending on the supplier’s schedule and shipping time to our warehouse.

If your item was scheduled for release and it’s past the usual arrival window, please contact our customer service team. We’ll be happy to check the latest updates for your specific order and assist you further.
