U.S. shipping is currently available again through several alternative methods.
Due to changes to U.S. import regulations and the continued suspension affecting Japan Post services, Airmail Registered, EMS Speed Post and Surface remain unavailable at the moment.
We are currently offering the following options for U.S. customers:
| Shipping Method | Estimated Delivery | Duties / Taxes | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| DHL DDP | ~4–5 business days | Prepaid | Fast delivery |
| FedEx DDP | ~4–5 business days | Prepaid | Fast delivery |
| Nin-Nin Smart DDP | ~15 business days | Prepaid | More affordable DDP |
| DHL DDU | ~4–5 business days | Not Prepaid | Lower upfront shipping cost |
| FedEx DDU | ~4–5 business days | Not Prepaid | Lower upfront shipping cost |
If your order is On Hold, contact Customer Service to receive an additional shipping invoice and choose at least one of the available methods.
For the three DDP methods, customs duties and import taxes are prepaid to us, so you should not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
For DHL and FedEx DDU, import duties and taxes are not prepaid. Any charges requested by U.S. Customs must be paid directly to the carrier before delivery, and we cannot estimate these charges in advance.
Important – DHL and FedEx DDU Customs Charges
If you select DHL or FedEx DDU, you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or customs-related fees requested by the carrier.
⚠️ If these charges are not paid, DHL and FedEx may return the parcel to us or the shipment may be destroyed.
Failure to pay the required import duties and taxes may also result in the permanent closure of your Nin-Nin Game account.
If the parcel is returned:
- You will need to pay a new reshipping fee if you want the order sent again.
- Any unpaid customs charges, return fees or other carrier costs charged to Nin-Nin Game will be added to the reshipping fee or deducted from any refund.
- The original shipping fee is not refundable once the shipment has already been dispatched.
If the parcel is destroyed by DHL, FedEx or customs because the required charges were not paid, no refund can be issued, as the merchandise will not be returned to us. We therefore strongly recommend choosing a DDP shipping method if you prefer to have customs duties prepaid and avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
If your order is currently On Hold
If you previously selected another shipping method that is currently unavailable, your order will remain On Hold until you request a change to one of the available methods, or until Japan Post resumes the selected service. We currently do not know how long this may take.
If you would like to switch to one of the available methods above, please contact our Customer Service team. We can send you an additional shipping invoice showing the available options and any price difference.
If you prefer to wait for other shipping methods to resume, your order can remain safely stored until more options become available.
My Private Warehouse
My Private Warehouse remains available for customers who prefer to store their items and decide on shipping later.
There is no fee and no storage time limit before requesting a shipping invoice. For more information, please visit this page.
Why did U.S. shipping change?
U.S. shipping conditions changed significantly in 2025 following changes to U.S. import rules and carrier service availability. Since then, we have progressively introduced alternative shipping solutions to allow orders to resume.
We will continue updating this page as additional shipping methods become available.
