How do I earn Loyalty Points?

You earn Loyalty Points on the product value of eligible orders.

  • Loyalty Points are equal to 5% of the product value purchased
  • Shipping fees do not earn points
  • Any voucher or discount already applied to the order is deducted before the points are calculated


How much is a Loyalty Point worth?

It’s simple: 1 Loyalty Point = ¥1 JPY

The calculation is: 

(Product Value – Voucher / Discount Amount) × 0.05 = Loyalty Points


When do I receive my Loyalty Points?

Your Loyalty Points are validated only after your order has been fully shipped.

If an order contains several items, including items with different release dates, the points will remain “Awaiting validation” until all items in that order have been shipped.

Once the complete order has been dispatched, the points will be validated automatically.


How can I check and redeem my Loyalty Points?

You can check your Loyalty Points under: My Account → My Loyalty Points

Once your points have been validated, you can convert them into a voucher code to use on a future order.


Can I convert a voucher back into Loyalty Points?

No, once Loyalty Points have been converted into a voucher, they cannot be converted back into points. We therefore recommend converting your points only when you are ready to use your voucher.


How do I use my voucher?

Enter your voucher code in the Vouchers field when placing a new order.

Please note that only one voucher can be used per order.

1 order = 1 voucher only.

Multiple voucher codes cannot be combined on the same order.


Can I use my voucher on an order in a different currency?

Yes, you can use your voucher on an eligible new order even if the order is placed in a different currency. The corresponding value will be converted by the system when the voucher is applied.


Can I use Loyalty Points or a voucher on a Pay Later order?

Yes, but the voucher must be applied when you initially place the Pay Later order.

A voucher cannot be added later when you return to pay an existing Pay Later order.

If you want to use a voucher on a Pay Later purchase, please make sure to apply it during the original checkout process when creating the Pay Later order.


Can I use a voucher to pay for shipping?

No, vouchers can only be applied toward eligible product value and cannot be used to pay:

  • Shipping costs
  • Additional shipping fee invoices
  • Reshipping invoices


What happens if my voucher is worth more than my order?

If your voucher exceeds the eligible product value of your order, the remaining balance will be issued as a new voucher, and you will automatically receive this new code by email. The new voucher can then be used on a future order.


How long do I have to use my Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points expire 1 year after the date the corresponding order is shipped.

For example, if your order is shipped on October 1, 2026, the points earned from that order will expire on October 1, 2027.


How long is my voucher valid?

Once Loyalty Points have been converted into a voucher, the voucher is valid for 1 year from its creation date.


What happens to my voucher if I cancel my order?

If your order is cancelled and no cancellation fee applies, the voucher used on the order may be restored for future use. If a cancellation fee applies, the voucher may not be reactivated or fully restored.
