How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points are earned automatically when purchasing eligible products on Nin-Nin Game, including in-stock items and preorders. Points are calculated based on the product value, after any discounts or vouchers have been applied.

Please note that:

  • You earn 5% of the eligible product value in Loyalty Points.

  • Shipping fees are not included in the calculation.

  • Discounts and vouchers applied to your order are deducted before calculating the points.

  • Points are earned automatically, so no additional registration or activation is required for customers with an account.


How Are Loyalty Points Calculated?

The calculation is:

(Product Value − Discounts / Vouchers) × 0.05 = Loyalty Points Earned


For example, if you purchase a product worth ¥10,000 without applying any discount:

  • Product value: ¥10,000

  • Loyalty Points earned (5%): 500 points

  • Value of your points: ¥500 JPY

If you apply a ¥2,000 voucher to the same purchase:

  • Product value: ¥10,000

  • Voucher discount: ¥2,000

  • Eligible product value: ¥8,000

  • Loyalty Points earned (5%): 400 points


When Will I Receive My Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points are validated only after your order has been fully shipped.

When you place an order, the corresponding points will appear in your account with the status "Awaiting validation."

This means that the points have been calculated but are not yet available for conversion into a voucher.

If your order contains multiple items with different release dates, your points will remain awaiting validation until all items in that order have been dispatched.

Once your complete order has been shipped, your Loyalty Points will be validated automatically.


Where Can I Check My Loyalty Points?

You can check your accumulated points and their status directly from your Nin-Nin Game account.

Simply navigate to My Account → My Loyalty Points.


From this section, you can review your Loyalty Points and convert validated points into vouchers. Please note that points awaiting validation cannot be redeemed.


Do Loyalty Points Expire?

Yes, loyalty Points are valid for 1 year from the date the corresponding order is shipped.

For example:

  • Order shipped: October 1, 2026

  • Loyalty Points expiration: October 1, 2027

We recommend checking your Loyalty Points regularly and redeeming them before they expire. Once points have been converted into a voucher, the voucher has its own validity period of 1 year from its creation date.


How Can I Use My Loyalty Points?

Validated Loyalty Points must first be converted into a voucher before they can be applied to a purchase.
