If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you as soon as we receive it. We can then arrange for re-shipment of your items or proceed with a refund if the items are no longer wanted.
There are several reasons why a package might be returned to us, including:
- The package was not claimed within the retention period
- Incorrect address details were provided
- The carrier was unable to deliver the package for other reasons
Please note:
- Packages may take longer to return to us than expected, especially if they were shipped via non-priority services such as Surface or Airmail.
- Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, items will be re-shipped in the same condition they were received.
- Postage fees for the initial shipment are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for paying for the re-shipping fees in order to have your items sent again.
- In some cases, additional charges may apply to return the package to us if it was shipped with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Surface.
