When your order is ready to ship, we create the shipping label and tracking number.

The tracking number is then:

  • Sent to you by email

  • Added to the order details in your Nin-Nin Game account

Please keep in mind that receiving a shipping notification does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already physically collected the parcel.

I Received My Tracking Number, but There Is No Update Yet

This is usually normal. Shipping labels and tracking numbers are created when your parcel is finalized for dispatch, but carriers collect parcels from our warehouse at scheduled times.

For example:

  • If your tracking number is created in the morning, the carrier may not collect the parcel until later that afternoon.

  • If the label is created after the daily carrier pickup, the parcel may be collected on the next business day.

  • Carriers do not collect parcels on weekends or Japanese public holidays.

There can therefore be a normal delay between receiving your shipping notification and the parcel being physically handed over to the carrier.

The Parcel Was Collected, but the Tracking Still Does Not Show Anything

Even after the parcel has been handed to the carrier, the tracking page may not update immediately. The first physical scan can take some time to appear in the carrier’s system.

This is particularly common with Japan Post, and updates may take longer around weekends and Japanese public holidays.

You may temporarily see:

  • “Tracking not found”

  • No results

  • Only the shipping-label information

  • No movement after the tracking number was created

Please allow approximately 3–4 business days after receiving your shipping notification before contacting Customer Service about a tracking number that has not received its first update.

My Tracking Has Stopped Updating During Transit

International shipments can have periods without tracking scans while traveling between countries. A tracking gap does not necessarily mean that the parcel is lost or experiencing a problem.

It is common for there to be no new scan between departure from Japan and arrival or customs processing in the destination country. This is especially common with slower postal services such as:

  • Surface Mail: approximately 3–7 months
  • Registered Airmail: approximately 2–6 weeks

During these longer transit periods, several weeks or even months may pass without a new tracking update. Please continue monitoring the tracking and allow sufficient time for the parcel to reach the destination country before assuming there is a problem.

What Happens Once My Japan Post Parcel Reaches My Country?

Japan Post parcels are generally transferred to a local delivery partner after arriving in the destination country. In most cases, this will be the national postal service, but depending on the country and the Japan Post service used, another local carrier may handle final delivery.

The same tracking number continues to be used, so you can enter your Japan Post tracking number on the local carrier’s website for more detailed updates after import.

The final delivery company can vary depending on both the destination country and the shipping service.

What About DHL and FedEx?

For DHL and FedEx shipments, you can continue using the tracking number provided by Nin-Nin Game on the carrier’s website.

Once the parcel reaches the destination country, the local DHL or FedEx tracking page may provide more detailed information regarding customs clearance, delivery attempts, or other actions required from the recipient.

Euro-Logistics Tracking Works Differently

Euro-Logistics follows a different shipping process from our standard shipping methods. Multiple parcels are first transported together from Japan to Europe.

The shipment is then:

  1. Transported from Japan as part of a consolidated shipment

  2. Cleared through customs in Luxembourg

  3. Transferred to Euro-Logistics

  4. Prepared for final delivery

  5. Assigned local tracking information

  6. Forwarded to the customer

Because the final tracking number is provided to us by our logistics partner later in this process, there can be a delay before tracking information appears in your account.

In some cases, the parcel may already be moving through the European delivery network, or may even be delivered, before the final tracking information has been transmitted back to Nin-Nin Game. This is specific to the Euro Logistics process and does not mean that the parcel was shipped without tracking.

When Should I Contact Customer Service?

Please contact us with your 9-letter order reference if:

  • Your standard shipment has received no first tracking update after approximately 3–4 business days from the shipping notification

  • The tracking number remains completely invalid after this period

  • The carrier indicates that there is a specific problem requiring action from the sender

Please remember that weekends and Japanese public holidays are not business days and can delay both carrier pickup and the first tracking update.
