Nin-Nin Game ships to many countries worldwide, but the shipping methods available for each order vary depending on the destination, the products being shipped, and current carrier conditions. 


Which Shipping Methods Can I Choose?

The most reliable way to check the methods currently available for your order is to add the product to your cart, enter your shipping address, and review the options displayed during checkout. The methods displayed during checkout are based on the information available at that time.

Available methods may include, depending on your destination and order:

  • Japan Post services: EMS Speed Post, Airmail Registered, or Surface / By Ship

  • FedEx Duty Unpaid (DDU), or Duty Paid (DDP) where available

  • DHL Duty Unpaid (DDU), or Duty Paid (DDP) where available

  • Euro-Logistics for eligible European destinations

  • Nin-Nin Smart DDP for eligible shipments to the United States

  • My Private Warehouse


What Determines Which Shipping Methods Are Available?

Available shipping options can depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Product type and characteristics

  • Carrier size or weight limits

  • Current carrier service availability

  • Customs or import restrictions

  • Items containing lithium batteries or other restricted materials

Not every shipping method can therefore be used for every order.


Products Containing Lithium Batteries

Products containing lithium or rechargeable batteries (such as handheld game consoles) are subject to additional international shipping restrictions.

Depending on the product, battery type, destination country, and current carrier regulations, Japan Post services may not be available. In some cases, FedEx or DHL may be the only available shipping options.

If your order contains an item subject to these restrictions, the available methods will be determined according to the shipping regulations applicable at the time the parcel is prepared.


Can the Available Methods Change Later?

Yes, for pre-orders in particular, the final product dimensions and weight may not be known until the item physically arrives at our warehouse.

Once the parcel is prepared, we may find that the originally selected method cannot accept the final size, weight, or product characteristics. Carrier restrictions and service availability may also change between the date the order is placed and the date it is ready to ship. 

If the originally selected method can no longer be used, we will contact you with the available alternatives and inform you of any shipping-cost adjustment that may be required.


Shipping Method and Import Taxes

Please remember that shipping fees and import taxes are separate costs.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other local charges depend on the destination country, declared contents and value, and the shipping service used.

Private carriers, such as FedEx and DHL, and express services may result in higher customs, brokerage, or clearance charges in some countries compared with postal services.

The exact amount is determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and/or the carrier, not by Nin-Nin Game.

Unless you select a shipping method specifically indicated as DDP / Duty Paid, import charges are not included in the shipping price and will need to be paid by the recipient.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before selecting a shipping method, especially for high-value orders.


My Private Warehouse

For My Private Warehouse shipments, the final available methods are determined once the selected items are physically prepared for shipment. The options offered will depend on the final packed parcel and the current carrier availability for your destination.


Temporary Suspensions and Restrictions

Shipping services can occasionally be suspended or restricted at short notice due to:

  • Carrier operations

  • Local regulations

  • Customs changes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Security situations

  • Other circumstances outside our control

A method available when an order is placed may therefore become temporarily unavailable before shipment.

If this happens, your order will not automatically be cancelled. We will review the available alternatives and contact you when necessary.
