Once your order is shipped, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in certain situations, if your package is undelivered and returned to us by the postal service (due to reasons such as unpaid customs fees, unclaimed parcels, etc.), we will notify you to arrange a reshipment.

Please be aware that reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. Items will be sent back to you in the same condition they were received. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

In certain circumstances, such as orders shipped through Surface, Airmail or FedEx and DHL, additional fees for the return of the package may apply. These additional charges will also be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
