A customer’s account may be closed for several reasons, including but not limited to:

  • The customer has requested their account to be permanently closed.
  • There is a history of unpaid orders or frequent cancellations that violate our store’s policy.
  • A claim or chargeback was filed with a third-party service for an order that has already been shipped.
  • Multiple accounts have been created, or there is misuse of the same address for different accounts.
  • Any other actions that negatively impact our business operations.


We review accounts carefully and take these actions when necessary to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our services.
