We are currently experiencing extended delays with our Airmail Registered service due to customs processing times and limited Japan Post flight availability to certain regions.
For most countries, delivery can be expected within 2 to 6 weeks. However, for some regions—particularly in Latin America (including Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina)—delivery may take 8 weeks or more. Based on recent customer feedback, delays of up to 12 weeks have been reported in some of these countries.
If you prefer not to wait, we recommend selecting an alternative shipping method for faster delivery.
If your parcel has not arrived after 8 weeks (or 12 weeks for Latin America), please contact us. We will assist in tracking your shipment and, if necessary, open a claim with Japan Post on your behalf.
