If you need to change your shipping address, please follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your Nin-Nin Game account.

  2. Navigate to the "My Addresses" section under "My Account".

  3. From there, you can update your existing address or add a new one to your account.


Once you have updated your address, please make sure to open a support ticket and include the following:

  • The order number(s) concerned, written in letters only (e.g., ABCDEFGHI)

  • The full updated shipping address you wish to apply


This helps us avoid any confusion—especially if you have multiple addresses saved on your account.


Please note that updating your address from your account settings will not automatically update the address on orders you have already placed. Our Customer Service team will need to apply the change manually.


⚠️ Important Notice: Address changes can only be applied to orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
