Dear Customer,

Starting Friday, June 6th, 2025, orders placed with the FedEx/DHL shipping option will now be processed and shipped without being automatically placed "on hold USA" for our American customers.

Following several weeks of testing and thanks to the valuable feedback from our U.S. customers (whom we sincerely thank for their loyalty and cooperation), we’ve observed that FedEx/DHL shipments under $800 USD, even when switched to EMS, did not result in any customs fees for our clients.

However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be taxed, and we would like to remind you that any customs duties will remain your responsibility and must be paid by you.

If you currently have an order under the "on hold USA" status, we kindly ask that you contact us to confirm whether you would like it shipped via FedEx/DHL. Otherwise, we will be reaching out to schedule the shipment of your order shortly.

Orders with a value exceeding $800 USD will continue to be placed "on hold" by default.

For greater safety regarding potential customs fees on future shipments, we still recommend choosing EMS as your preferred shipping method.

If you wish to continue placing your orders "on hold", please include the note "on hold" when placing your order so that we do not process or ship it until further notice.

We remain committed to cooperating with you on your shipping preferences.

Thank you again for your continued support.
