For shipments sent from Japan, both FedEx and DHL require a signature upon delivery, and unfortunately, we cannot remove this requirement and delivery to a designated pickup point is not available. If the courier is unable to deliver the package to your address, it will be automatically redirected to the nearest FedEx or DHL facility.
Once at the facility, you will have two options:
Pick up the package yourself from the designated location, or
Request a redelivery to your address at a more convenient time.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will notify you with instructions on how to proceed, so it is important to provide accurate contact information (email address and phone number) when placing your order.
