We are currently experiencing significant delays with Japan Post shipments to Colombia.
Due to customs processing challenges and limited flight availability, delivery times are much longer than usual:
Airmail Registered: Deliveries may take 12 to 16 weeks (4 to 5 months)
EMS Speed Post: Deliveries may take 4 to 8 weeks (1 to 2 months)
These delays are unfortunately outside our control, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend checking your tracking number regularly for updates.
If your parcel has not arrived after 16 weeks (Airmail) or 8 weeks (EMS), please contact us, and we will assist you further.
