We’re pleased to announce that shipments to the United States can now resume with a brand-new option: Express DDP !
With Express DDP, all shipping fees, duties, and handling charges are included at checkout, meaning no unexpected customs surprises when your package arrives.
Here’s what we recommend for U.S. customers:
✅ Select Express DDP for new orders to ship immediately with all taxes included, no surprises on delivery.
✅ Or choose My Private Warehouse for unlimited storage, so your orders stay safe until more options reopen.
Both options ensure your orders won’t be placed “On Hold.”
Important note for MPW customers:
If you already have awaiting orders in My Private Warehouse, you can request our Customer Service team to issue an Express DDP invoice so your items can be shipped right away.
All other shipping methods remain unavailable for now.
Please note: Express DDP applies only to new orders created from September 12 onward. We’re actively working on a solution to update existing On Hold orders and will let you know as soon as this becomes available.
