Sorry you are running into this! In almost every case it is a browser setting blocking the small file ("cookie") that remembers your cart. Try these steps in order and stop as soon as your cart stays put.
Most people are sorted by step 2. You do not need to go through all eight.

3
Pause ad blockers and privacy extensions
Tools like uBlock Origin, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, and AdGuard can block the cart from saving. Whitelist our site rather than turning them off entirely.
4
Try a private or incognito window
If your cart works there, the issue is with your normal browser profile. Continue to step 5.
5
Clear cookies for our site only
Click the padlock icon in the address bar → Site settings → Clear data (wording varies by browser). This resets the bad cookie and starts you fresh.
Any items currently in your cart will be cleared. Save your list elsewhere first if needed.
6
Try a different browser or device
If the cart works elsewhere, the issue is confirmed to be specific to that one browser.
7
Check your device's date and time
If your clock is wrong by more than a few hours, secure cookies can be rejected. Set the date and time to "automatic" in your device settings.
8
Turn off VPN, secure DNS, or work proxy
These can change your connection mid-session and drop the cart. Try shopping without them active.
