Currently, we do not offer a service to pick up orders directly from our warehouse or office in Osaka.
However, we can arrange for your order to be sent to your hotel in Japan while you are visiting. Here's how you can set it up:
- On our website, go to your account settings and update the shipping address. Please ensure the following details are included:
- Hotel name and room number (if available)
- Your check-in date
- City/Ward
- Prefecture
- Postal Code
- Phone number
- Country: Japan
Make sure all information is written in Roman letters (using the English alphabet).
Important Information
- Be sure to notify your hotel that a package will be delivered to their address.
- This service applies only to items that are currently in stock. Some items may not be eligible for shipment within Japan, and we will indicate these items clearly on our website.
- Delivery usually takes about 3-4 days, so please consider the timing when placing your order.
- To ensure your package reaches you while you're staying at the hotel, we recommend reaching out to us to confirm the best shipment date. This should ideally be done before you arrive in Japan to avoid any potential delivery delays.
