Items with the same release date within the same month are eligible to be combined together.
Please note that the system is currently unable to prepare your My Private Warehouse orders automatically. You will be contacted once your package is sealed by an agent.
We plan for monthly shipments for invoicing. Delivery times for the invoice generation may take up to 2 months when there is a rush of orders for the My Private Warehouse option.
Your parcels are organized as follows: once your first My Private Warehouse item is assigned to your customer account (scanned at our warehouse), the system will combine items scanned within 4 weeks minimum. The more items you accumulate, the more favorable your shipping costs will be. If your invoice arrives more than 4 weeks after your first assignment, the items scanned up until your next invoice will also be included.
Notes: No package can be modified once your invoice has been generated.
